We currently only deliver to Belgium, the Netherlands, France and Germany.

Free shipping for orders from BE, NL, FR and DE from €50.

Free shipping for orders from other EU countries from €100.

Have you not received your order? Our apologies! After placing your order you will receive an order confirmation with the order number. Your order will be shipped the same day. Returns and exchanges

Return period:

We have a return period of 30 days within which the customer may return his or her package without giving a reason. These 30 days start from the moment the package is received. Please note that the return must be sent back to us within these 30 days.

Return conditions:

All items must be returned to us unworn and unwashed in a condition suitable for resale with tags still attached to the item.

Billie Ocean does not offer a refund for items purchased on sale or discounted items. These items can only be exchanged for another item from the collection or can be exchanged for a voucher.

Shipping costs are not refundable.

Returns are at your own expense and depend on the courier and the country from which you are returning the package.

Exchanging or returning an order is very simple.

Send an email to info@billieocean.com within 14 days of receiving your order indicating that you would like to exchange one or more products. We will then immediately send you the return instructions.

Ask our customer service about the possibilities. We will give you an update on when we expect to be able to deliver the product. If you have already created your return and the product is sold out, we will contact you and work with you to find a solution.

You can find your order number in the confirmation email you received after placing your order. This is a 4-digit code. If you have not received this email, our customer service team will be happy to assist you.

Unfortunately, it sometimes happens that a product is damaged during shipping or production. We will of course be happy to resolve this with you. Send an email to info@billieocean.com with a photo of the complaint. Our customer service will work with you to find a solution as quickly as possible.

We do our best to process returns as quickly as possible. After receiving your return shipment in our warehouse, we will process it within 10 working days. You will receive a message after the refund has taken place. Please note that it may take up to 3 days for the refund to appear in your bank account.
