Would you like to exchange or return your purchase? We're here to help! Exchanges or returns can be made up to 30 days from the delivery date.

- Is returning free of charge?
Returns are at your own expense, depending on the courier and the country from which you are returning your package.
- What are the return conditions?
All items must be returned unworn and unwashed in a resalable condition with the tags still attached.
For items purchased on sale or discounted items, Billie Ocean does not offer refunds. These items can only be exchanged for another item from the collection or exchanged for a gift card.
- How can I exchange or return my order?
Exchanging or returning an order is very simple.
Within 30 days of receiving your order, send an email to info@billieocean.com stating that you wish to exchange or return one or more products. We will then send you the return instructions.
- What if my exchange product is no longer available?
Contact our customer service for available options. We will provide you with an update on when we expect the product to be available. If your return has already been initiated and the product is sold out, we will contact you to find a solution together.

- What should I do if a product is delivered defective or damaged?
Unfortunately, it sometimes happens that a product is damaged during shipping or production. We are happy to resolve this for you. Send an email to info@billieocean.com with a photo of the complaint. Our customer service will work with you to find a solution as soon as possible.
- What should I do if I want to return my order outside the return period?
We have a return period of 30 days within which the customer may return their package without providing a reason. This 30-day period starts from the moment the package is received. Please note that the return shipment must be sent back within this 30-day period. If this is not possible, we offer the option to exchange the product for a replacement or a gift card. Please contact our customer service for available options.

- How long does a refund take?
We strive to process returns as quickly as possible. Once we receive your return at our warehouse, we will process it within 10 working days. After the refund has been made, you will receive a notification. Please note that it may take up to 3 days for the refund to be visible in your bank account.
