On the product page, you'll find a link where you can sign up to be notified when your desired item is back in stock.
To redeem your credit, simply enter the gift card code during checkout. Once you've done this, the value of the gift card will be deducted from the total purchase amount.

Unfortunately, we cannot modify your order details once it has been placed, as we process and pack orders as quickly as possible.

Currently we deliver to Belgium, the Netherlands, France, Germany, Spain, Austria, Italy, the UK, Switserland, Sweden, Denmark and Norway.

Haven't received your order? We apologize for the inconvenience! After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email with your order number. Your order is shipped the same day, and you will also receive an email with a tracking link to follow your package.

Returns and Exchanges
Return period:
We offer a 30-day return period during which the customer can return their package without providing a reason. This 30-day period begins from the moment the package is received. Please note that the return must be shipped back to us within these 30 days.
Return conditions:
All items must be returned in an unworn and unwashed condition, suitable for resale, with the tags still attached to the item.
For items purchased on sale or discounted items, Billie Ocean does not offer refunds. These items can only be exchanged for another item from the collection or can be redeemed for a gift voucher.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Return shipping is at your own expense and depends on the courier and the country from which you are returning the package.
Exchanging or returning an order is very simple.
Send an email to info@billieocean.com within 30 days of receiving your order, indicating that you want to exchange one or more items. We will then send you the return instructions directly.
Contact our customer service for options. We will provide you with an update on when we expect the product to be available again. If you've already initiated your return and the item is out of stock, we will reach out to you to find a solution together.

Unfortunately, it sometimes happens that a product is damaged during shipping or production. We are happy to resolve this for you. Please send an email to info@billieocean.com with a photo of the issue. Our customer service will get in touch with you as soon as possible to find a solution.
We have a return period of 30 days, during which the customer can return their package without providing a reason. This 30 days starts from the moment the package is received.
