UK: Free Shipping for orders above £85 - £5 for orders under £85.
Switserland: Free Shipping for orders above CHF 95 - CHF 7 for orders under CHF 95.
Sweden: Free Shipping for orders above Kr 1150 SEK - Kr 85 SEK for orders under Kr 1150 SEK.
Denmark: Free Shipping for orders above Kr 745 DKK - Kr 55 DKK for orders under Kr 745 DKK.
Norway: Free Shipping for orders above Kr 1180NOK - Kr 175 NOK for all orders under Kr 1180NOK.
